Symptoms

When using the sharepoint documents event from event wizards to copy a document from one library to another library, the wizard doesn't accept the sharepoint site url and prompts for credentials. Providing valid windows credentails returns an 'unauthorised' error. The site is accessible from a client machine browser and works fine. 

Diagnoses

The Sharepoint 2010 > Sharepoint Documents wizard was being used this wizard is not supported/compatible with a Sharepoint 2013.

For Sharepoint 2013, there is the Sharepoint 2013 - Document Events > Copy Document wizard. Please also see the documentation for the Sharepoint 2013 Copy Document wizard:

Additionally, when copying a document between Sharepoint 2013 sites, the K2 Application will need to be added to both sites and registered. 

Resolution 

The Sharepoint 2013 wizards will be a part of the 'K2 for Sharepoint 2013' installation files. Please download and install the K2 for Sharepoint 4.6.11 components from the location below if needed:
