Symptoms

I am having an issue where my workflow processes are not stopping automatically and I am having to stop them manually i.e. they are remaining active.

I have attached a document which shows the process in K2 Studio in the workspace and the view flow. I'd appreciate some assistance in resolving this issue.
 

Diagnoses

I think you?re getting the issue because your using SUM and not COUNT on some of your line rules please try and use COUNT and see if it does not change the process.
