Symptoms


Dear Team,

We have an error we are getting while working on Desginer in IE

We are not able to work on development activities. Please feedback at earliest.

We have tried with restarting the K2 Service.

Diagnoses


It was working fine in chrome but not ie 11 for no reason.

The customer closed the ticket with the following note:
"
There was no log while the error reported.

We have restarted the K2 Service and now this issue is not recurring. We will monitor this and will raise a ticket ,if required.
"
