Symptoms

I am experiencing an error when I am trying to deploy a package. Here is the error I am experiencing:

Error 2601, Level 14, State 1, Procedure aCheckInContexts, Line 234Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'Form.Control' with unique index 'UX_Form_Control_ViewId_FormID_Name'. The duplicate key value is (8db3a7d6-6841-469b-aeeb-fb85927867c6, , ExistsinTable).

The view that this error is referencing is not checked out on either the target server or the original server.
 

Diagnoses

This is a known issue with smartforms 1.0.7 and earlier version.
 

Resolution

The issue is fixed in 4.6.9
