Symptoms


Users trying to delegate worklist items are receiving the following error:

System.ApplicationException: Exception: User K2:domainuser1 does not have Administrator rights.StackTrace: at SourceCode.Workflow.Management.WorkflowManagementServer.GetWorklistItems(DateTime fromDate, DateTime toDate, String destination, String processName, String activityName, String eventName, String folio)
at RF.Quality.K2.K2HelperService.GetWorkflistItems(String folio)
USER: domainuser1
 

Diagnoses


User will need to have admin rights when delegating worklist items.


 

Resolution

At the moment this action requires admin rights on the workflow server although we are working to bring granular permissions to the product.
