I'm trying to create a service instance to bring data from a CRM Online instance into Appit.

 

I'm getting an error message when I try to configure the service instance. It starts: "VALIDATIONMetadata contains a reference that cannot be resolved". It then goes into a load of confusing text.

 

It looks like a problem with authentication but I've checked that the username and password I've entered are correct. Anyone know how to fix this?

Can you post a screenshot of your "Add Service Instance" config screen - make sure to 'obscure' any sensitive information. I'm particularly interested in seeing the values you have fielded for both "CRMServerURL "and "OrginizationName".
