Symptoms

Unable to expand the Instances node of certain processes with error:
Error: Could not load the grid: Failed to return Process Instance Data Table: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
 

Diagnoses

On Workspace, unable to expand the Instances node of certain processes with error:
Error: Could not load the grid: Failed to return Process Instance Data Table: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
 

Resolution

A script was provided to resolve the issue.  Please contact K2 Support to obtain this script if needed.
