I saw this message when the  incoming email couldn't establish session with the SMTP server. I had 100's of escalations at the same time, and some of those couldn't establish session with the smtp server. They remained in error state in K2 workspace. When I hit retry, they were processed successfully.

What does it show in the K2 log files?

Dear Sujeeth,

I am getting the same error for 3 process instance.

Can you please let me know, how to solve it.

How to retry the instance. Can you please explain this?

Thanks,

Rajesh
