I upgraded my environment to SP4 and now when I run our process I am receiving the error
"An exception has occured. Unable to create a K2.net Process Instance. 4129 A database error occured : : FORMTESTFORMTEST not found"
I believe this was a process we created at one time to test the infopath process. This process has been deleted from Studio and I cannot find a record of it in the Service Manager. I looked through some of the tables in the db but was unable to find anything there. The process I am trying to run is not named FORMTEST.
Any help would be appreciated.

Is this on your production environment databases?
I can only recommend opening a formal support ticket for this one since it would entail troubleshooting inside the database.

No, this is on my development database.
Ok, that's good news. Log a formal support ticket and ask for the database cleanup utilities - these are NOT supported for production systems but on development systems you can use it - just remember to make backups of your dbs before running any script.
