Error after App Deployment K2 4.7 on SharePoint 2016
 

Diagnoses

After some investigation on the related error, we verified that the correct SP Group provider where in K2 Workspace under User Managers --andgt SP --andgt Group Providers and this was not the case as it was still referencing old SP URL, by correcting them with the new SharePoint URL and, reactivating the Site Collection under App Catalog we were able to activate all Site Collections.

 

Resolution

RESOLUTION:
The issue was resolved on live meeting with customer

- Was not able to activated the Site Collection on the App Catalog page
- After switching on K2 Console mode to see the main error when activating the site Collecting on SharePoint with K2.
- The error received was Duplicated (SharePoint URL) is already registered with this title.

Note: A SharePoint site collection - Site Collection Name] (SharePoint URL) - is already registered with this title.
Duplicate SharePoint group providers are not allowed. Either remove the current SP group provider if it is no longer needed or change the title of this site collection.
