Symptoms

Unable to proceed to App Activation Page in K2 4.7. After clicking on "Manage App Activations" on the App Catalog, it indefinitely loads displayin "Working on it..." message.
 

Diagnoses

Open browser developer tools/console and check if you see the following error:

SCRIPT5022: Sys.ParameterCountException; Parameter count mismatch.
