Symptoms

We are getting multiple authentication error on the smartform when access from chrome on iOS Mac machines. Also when access the arabic form url from sharepoint randomly getting an error. Screenshot attached for both the error.
 

Diagnoses

Reconfigure K2 for sharepoint after making an SQL server change accompanied by chaning the default 1433 port to another port according to the http://help.k2.com/onlinehelp/k2blackpearl/icg/current/webframe.html_K2_Database_Configuration.html

we applied the SQLServerInstance, newPort
 

Resolution

Last response from customer:
Today we connected to the mac machine and tried to access the k2 form from SharePoint and it worked. We couldn't reproduce the issue.

Noted that K2 smart form on Mac OS chrome does not support. I will monitor this issue and in case of re-occurrence I will notify you.
