Symptoms

When trying to create the PandD package via the K2 for SharePoint 2013 app, after clicking on package it shows error message.

30003 GetListForPAndD does not exist as a method of this SmartObject Instance.

Diagnoses

Obviously something changed after the upgrade to blackpearl 4.6.9, we tried to test 'create package' on different site including the subsite and still had issue.
 

Resolution

We noticed that when creating the PandD package, the K2 for SharePoint app tried to redirect to one SharePoint site via K2 blackpearl server console mode '/portal_denallix_com_sites_dev_Management', this site has integrated K2 for SharePoint App but the app has not been updated. After updating the k2 for sharepoint app on dev site, the Package deployment started to work.
