Entering an Email Address to a Role Group Locks Up Workspace
Diagnoses
Searching for an email address of a Distribution List for adding it to a Role group, locks up the Workspace site.
Resolution
If you do a search string containing more than 19 characters it fails to return just one user and it tries to return all users, making the workspace to crash. This behavior is being addressed and will be resolved in future releases of BlackPearl.
One recommendation is to try doing a search with less than 19 characters or by creating a group name with the email address less than 19 characters.
