Symptoms
When trying to use a SharePoint Enhanced Rich Text field in the body of an Email event, the data is displayed as HTML tags, instead of in HTML format.
Diagnoses
This is a known issue.
Resolution
A workaround is to register a SharePoint service V2 instance for the site, create a smartobject for the list, and then use the load method for the rich text field in the body of the email. This will remove the HTML tags from the field.
