Symptoms

I have created a K2 studio workflow attached to a SharePoint document library and set the Folio of the workflow.Everything is working fine when execute the workflow but when i go to the Process overview report i could not find the folio instead it is always showing me empty Folio.Screen Shots are attached to this ticket for Workflow folio settings and Process overview report.
 

Diagnoses

This workflow was copied from a previous workflow attached to a different SharePoint list. The references to this SharePoint list were not all updated when he re-integrated the workflow with SharePoint. This was causing an issue with how the Folio was being named with the Item Reference.
 

Resolution

The issue was resolved when we used a Data Event to set the folio.

#1. Drag a Data Event to the canvas.

#2. For the Source you drag the item reference that you want to use.

#3. The Destination will be the Folio found on the Workflow Context tab.
