Hello,

 

I am trying to create a workflow that will deliver a form via an email. 

When a  user closes a request an email will send a form contain the details of a request ot the original requestor. I am unsure on how to produce the workflow within K2 studio as I have tried to use Smartforms client wizard but they require actions to be completed.

 

The only way I can realisticlly think of doing this is using the smartforms client event which links to an email event but again I cannot find a way to link a form into the email event

When the user selected the close option on a request and submits (which in the background saves the form) from then on an email is sent to the requestor with the same form but read only. What I am finding is using a smartforms client request it requires the the recipent to complete an action.

Is there any way using an email activity with a link to the smartform?
