Email notification problem

Issue:
Whenever the customer uses the notification option in the "Default Client Event" in thei workflows (see attachment "k2-workflow-eventnotification.png"), they receive an error message on the server log and no email is sent:

No notification mails are sent.
Resolution
Resolution:
The customer had duplicate server/port entries the HostServer.Server table in the K2 Database.
A script was supplied which would delete redundant entries the table.
Once the entries were deleted the error no longer occurred and notification mails were sent and received.
