Symptoms
We are getting an error in our workflow upon an email notification (meant to go to the 'Originator') system event that says "SmartObject is Empty". This is also being indicated within the view flow.Email Notification Error
Diagnoses
Found that the 'read' values were not set in the SQL DB when the E-mail notification went to access the SmartObject.
Resolution
Once the 'read' values were set, the E-mail notification would render the correct information.
