Email in HTML format comes as plain text

Hello all,

in the email event the formated as HTML email body comes to the recipients as a plain text.

Does anybody know how to fix this?

You may need to set the radio button in the email event to HTML instead of plain text.

> Control Panel > Programs and Features > Locate K2 Blackpearl > at the end there is a version located.

What did you use to create workflow (K2 Studio, K2 Designer for SharePoint, etc.)?
