How to stop service email in k2 ????!!!
 

Diagnoses

The email is dependent on the connectionStringEditor.exe which can be found in the K2 hostserverBin directory.
It has all the emails connectivity configured there doing some manipulation by entering wrong values then saving and restarting the k2 service will stop the email.
 

Resolution

The respected customer closed the ticket after supplying the following:
