Symptoms
When a user configures OOF to share all tasks to another user, when the first user changes his/her status to OOF, tasks assigned to the target user does not get displayed in their worklist. (This happens using the SmartForms WorkList control.)
Diagnoses
This was a problem with the different times zones the users were in, relative to the time-zone of the K2Server.
This was identitfied as a know bug.
Resolution
After applying the latest set of rollups to the dev and production environments, the issue was resolved. If you run into this issue on 4.6.11,
Please log a new support ticket and ask for the latest SmartForms rollup.
