Symptoms
We have strange situation in one of our process. Sometimes in activates, which contain SmartForms Client Event we have duplicate events.
First of them is closing after about one second (without interaction of destination user), second is still active. Moreover ? although first instance of event is closed after one second, duration is the same as that one which is Active."
Diagnoses
It was determined with the help of the developers that the destination rule option - "Plan just once" causes the duplication of events in the Event Instance Report in Workspace.
