Hi,

We are K2 partners. We have a customer who is facing an issue with the K2 blackpearl domain user license. Initially the customer had the domain A which had 100 users. Later they migrated to a new domain called B. To the domain B the users in Domain A are migrated which means the users are moved from A to B. Now the K2 started to show them that there are 200 users are using and the license started to reflect that.

I know we can remove domain A from the K2 workspace administration screen. Then delegate the tasks for the users in domain A to the users in domain B.

My concern is, what will happen to the audits for the domain A users and tasks? Will lose all the audits for the domain A? Or is there any other alternatives for this issue than the solution that I have above?

Thanks,

Jawahar
