Symptoms
Domain account used to run Package and Deployment gets locked after creating a new package.
Diagnoses
The issue could not be reproduced in a K2 Test Environment. A Bug Item was logged for the Developers to investigate further.
Resolution
The following steps was performed to rectify the issue:
- Go into workspace using the affected user
- Navigate to user settings > Single Sign On
- Check the checkbox for the K2 security label
- You can either remove the user currently under label or re-enter the password if you choose to edit the user here.
- After this click okay.
- You see after using the PandD tool again the domain account does not get locked out anymore.
