I am looking into methods of using K2 out-of-the-box functionality to load balance users work via a Team Lead role.


If I redirect a work item using the Workflow Service Management - Worklist 'redirect' feature and specify a specific user (not K2 workflow role group), does the Destination User change to the user I have redirected to?


Assuming it shows an individual, does the Workflow Service Management - Worklist also allow the option of filtering the Destination UserĀ and then to batch/bulk redirect all work items for a specific user to another?
