Does any of you are having issues with the clasic task form when using an iPad?

I have a classic task form. The user is using an iPad. He/She select the decision (Approved or Reject). When OK is clicked an error message appears.  However, the responsive task forms are not giving any error and work perfectly on an iPad. 

Does any of you are having this issue?

    I am using the lastest NINTEX version on both workflows and forms.

    Hello, 

    I am glad to report that I discovered the issue. I had some metadata column. The appearance of the control in the task form was set to "enable" = NO. Once I changed to YES, It worked!

    I am so happy, this resolves a lot of issues for my users who use iPads.
