Symptoms

Looking at the following documentation, it appears as if we can set a conditional start rule when a item is added and edited in a SharePoint library or list. (This happens on other "events" as well.)

According to the blackpearl 4.6.11 documentation, you are able to set a conditional start rule, but this is not the case with blackpearl 4.6.11.
 

Diagnoses

This feature is currently available in Appit 1.3, and is slated to be included in blackpearl 4.7.
 

Resolution

Seeing as this feature is only slated for blackpearl 4.7, we logged an item for the documentation team to remove the erroneous parts from the blackpearl 4.6.11 documentation as to eliminate possible confusion.
