On SharePoint 2013, I have a document library with a Document Set. None of the library (which has document set added to it) is not appearing under the DOCUMENT SET service object folder in the Service Tester utility tool.

It appears when I create the smartobject & workflow from the SharePoint GUI (K2 application of this library), but immediately service object disappears & smartobject becomes orphan when I refresh the service instance manually since I need other changes on the other lists to be reflected. 

This is in K2 4.6.11; anyone have faced this issue before?
