We have K2 for Sharepoint and our workflow was working well until we needed to regenerate the Smart Object for the SharePoint document library. We updated some columns on the Sharepoint library:
1) Changed existing person column so that it now only allows 1 person rather than multiple people.
2) Added a new person column.
After making only these changes, we were prompted to regenerate the smart object. We chose to only regenerate the smart object and not the views since we have customized views that we didn't want to lose.
No other changes were made. But after submitting a new document (successful) which kicks off the workflow, the second step in the WF to Checkout the Document fails. (The first step to sett a data field worked fine.) Any help on how to resolve this would be much appreciated.
