I working on a simple workflow with 3 steps .
Here's the problem I'm encountring:
On the Second step a boutton should redirect me to the next step !! but what it does actually is moving me to the NEXT and PREVIOUS step simoultaniously !!

Sounds like you are missing some line rules for your activity outcome.

Actually the Problem was solved this morning ! It was not about Rules. I just had to redisign the workflow ! and now, it's working perfectly
