Hi.

I have a process that gets incoming e-invoices. I'd like to display the e-invoice (PDF or tif file) together with the data on the smart form. The Content control isn't working.

Has anyone done this already and how?

Hi,

You can use as PDF converter to do this.

What are you using for your e-invoices and how have you set up the properties of your contrent control?

The pdf wasn't displying, instead the save file dialog would open. I think I got it figured out, it was a SharePoint File Handling permission problem.

My invoices are saved to web, and I would like to display them as attachments when the user opens an item. When the user clicks on the attachment, I want to display the contents of the file in the Smart Form.

It's working for jpg and txt files, using the content control. I'm waiting for the SharePoint admin to change the permission and then I'll see if it works for pdf files too.

The problem remains with tiff files. Any idea how to display that? Is it even possible without creating a custom control for it? If that's even a way to do it?

Any help would be much appriciated.
