Hi,

When I set up the the SharePoint list I have fields were people select who is the people at their plant who authorise at different stages.  I used a Person and Group field for this.

In the Nintex workflow Notification messages these names are mentioned in the message body.

When the people receive the message it displays the person log on User name and not their actual name.

How do I dispaly their actual name?

eg  unicorncl0004

I want it to display Carole Lomax

if you make an variable of text type, then you can put the person object in there
and select displayname as returntype.
