Symptoms
We have problems displaying forms this morning:
- Fields appear and we do not know what it is (cf screen shot 1)
- In the task list, there are exclamation points in front of all tasks (see screenshot 2)
- I deployed a form this morning (other than the one with display problems). The correction made is effective when you run the form via the URL designer but not when you launch it via the runtime URL

Diagnoses
This issue seems to be linked to an incorrect start of the IIS for the part load of the Themes.
Resolution
During web meeting we asked to do a iisreset /noforce but it was not possible as the same IIS site have SharePoint and K2.
We simply modify the web.config (just add a space) of the RunTime site: C:Program Files (x86)K2 blackpearlK2 smartforms Runtime
The strange behaviour was that after this action we lost the specific CSS theme.
