The easiest way you could create smartobjects to k2 database elements (tables, views) because most of the data available there.

In fact there is a lot of prepared smartobjects in k2 designerworkflow folder takes care of workflow data.

Hi,

a few hous later I realized exactly what you mentioned, that the Workflow Data I need is available via Smartobjects which K2 created automatically as it seems.

I wanted to give the User an Overview about the processes he has originated for a specific Workflow. There is the Pocess Instance Smartobject, where you can get this Information and K2 creates an additional Smartobject for ervery Workflow containing the Process Instance Data as well.
