Symptoms

I have users that need to review a form at different steps.
In the Review step, based on the user action, the "Status" user changes, and the new users has to review the form.
I would like all the users that have been reviewing the form to be able to access the "View", which displays the form with the current step it is in.
 

Diagnoses

We looked into creating SharePoint groups and adding users to the groups that need to view the form after auctioning. We will give them the ability to view it, until the workflow is done, and then delete the group.

 

Resolution

We could not use the Group and User wizards in the Workflow Designer, because the workflow was created from inside the Web Designer. Once we created a Workflow from the list, and not from designer we were able to access these wizards.
