Symptoms

Dear,

We need your urgent support to fix the issue that some active directory users are disabled and their FQN is stored in variables inside some running process instances which may assign them tasks later on which leads to several exceptions on our application.
 

Diagnoses

Instructed the customer to use K2 Out off office to resolve the specific Disabled inactive user who was assigned to the Destination rule as FQN
 

Resolution

customer closed the ticket for disabled user or inactive user in the Active Directory after the following:

You can use the K2 Out of office from workspace to assign all tasks for the disabled user to another user:

please use the k2 service account as the replacement user
