I have a list, which allow user to attach documents. When I tried to custom the Task From by Nintex form for Flexi task, user are allowed to attach documents. I would like to know is there any way to display the attachments for user to open and read the attachments only?

attachement control that appears on task form manages attachments of a task (task list item).
attachments to a list item which workflow is running on are totally different thing and are (by default) not available on nintex task form.

There is many ways to move attachments from list to tasks.
I know,but from question I had feeling Dorothy isn't aware of difference
