Symptoms

When I do a Package from Pre-Prod and Deploy it on Prod, we can see that the modification are not took into account: seems to be a previous version of the Forms.
The version number is correctly imported.
 

Diagnoses

We do a test by a "Save As" of the form on Pre-Prod and deploy it on Prod: OK.
In the same package we have the original form and we have the issue too.
 

Resolution

Finally we fixed the issue by:
- Restart the K2 Server
- Edit quickly the form with issue on Pre-Prod by adding a label and do check-in
- Do a Package (but without removing all non necessary SmartObjects)
- Re-Deploy on Prod.
