Process Rights
User Permissions control the extent to which Users or User Groups are able to interact with the process - enabling them to have full view of the process or limiting them to their worklist only.
For more information for the different process rights, kindly refer to the K2 Help Guide: https://help.k2.com/onlinehelp/k2blackpearl/UserGuide/4.6.9/webframe.html_Reference-WS_MCon-Workflow-Processes_ProcessRights.html
Individual Action Rights – By Process,Activity,Events and Actions
If there are any restrictions that were set for the ActivityEvent, you can look into it from here. This page will list the users that have access to the different actions. In short, this is drill down to the actions level specific to the different process, activity and event. This is the same as the Action Task Rights, however, this does not list the users associated with the activity.
Action Task Rights
This is a search page that will list the specific processes, activities, events and actions that the user is being set as a destination user. This allows the administrator to have a full glance and access to grant rights for the users, instead of going into each process and set it individually.
