Hello,

We are a team of developers embarking on using K2 Blackpearl to serve as a workflow engine for a custom LOB app. The app itself is an established, older ASP.NET app that we will retrofit. We are goign to use the REST interface, and create a wrapper to inetgrate it with K2.

Our development practices involve re-creating the server on as much as possible on a workstation, which is usuually running WIndows 7. All code and configuraion gets stored as much as possible into a Git repository. We've just started down this road, and hit the first roadblock of not being able to provide SharePoint Services because they aren't native except on Windows Server. I expect our continuous integration to be heavily affected, as another example.

Does anyone work in or have a smilar environment? How do you typically work with K2?
