In Destinations pane, by default for each destination, there are Send To and Send To Manager, and I believe K2 reads the Manager field in AD or SQL server to determine the manager. I would like to know if it is possible to create a third destination type, which reading from different field in AD or SQL server.

Hi,
I don't think it would be possible to add another destination, but you would be able to design your own custom user manager and then change the way in which a manager is returned.
Apart from that I guess you are limited to Send To and Send To Manager.
