I'm using InfoPath form and after submitting the form Approver name will put to SharePoint list item
and email will send to originator with approver's name.
For the Approver name I'm using Activity Destination Instance - user.
This works fine if destination slot is not in use.

Currently, I have two user in destination Sets and Slot for 1.
I this situation I can't use Activity Destination Instance user name for updating Sharepoint list and email name because it only makes error.

I this situation how to make the process?
I want to put approver name on Sharepoint list item after form was submit by approver.
Also I want to put Approver name on email so user can see who approved the request.

Thank you for the help

In your destination rules, go into your advanced options and select the "plan per destination" option instead of "Plan Just Once".  This will allow you to use the Activitiy Instance Destination User name and Email properties.

Hi Johnny

I'm already using "Plan per destination" - "All at once".
Because in Destination sets I'm using Smartobject for selecting user.

Other setting is "Specify the number of slots to be created" is 1.
"Resolve all roles and groups to user" is selected.

 Any other option to try?

It works for me, I am able to access the user name in the activity instance destination object in a server event.

How exactly are you accessing the AID user name?  Perhaps some screenshots might be helpful.
