Hello,

i am working on one workflow that assign the task to role members but i have an issue that the members dosnt receive assign notification email and using default client event, on the other hand i can send email using email event.

Diagnoses

We checked the connection string editor andit was okthen we checked the environment and strign tables too. we then created a new test process with a simple notification event which worked perfectly. i asked him to clear smartobjects in the notification event then test again for that process. it worked perfectly.

The customer found that the issue was related to smart object loading in the event and now working fine.
