we have added worklist control in one of our smartforms
During Deployment, we face this issue - control type 'worklist' not found (in image)
we have added Worklist Service Type and Instance in Both Development and QA Server (image attached)
could you please help us regarding this issue

Are you using the same servce broker GUID in both server ? can you plese check that ?

Also, do you have the same version of installed the control pack in both environments? A missing control error wouldn't really be related to a service instance as that is typically a differet sort of error.
