Deployed Workdesk and Manage Workdesk Links page gives me an error.
There are no urls setup for links yet. I installed the Workdesk without the Accelerator links setup. When I click on the manage links in the form it give me the error trying to open the page where I can add the link

“This page can’t be displayed… Make sure the web address https://tServer Name]. Port] is correct.”

 

Diagnoses

The manage link URLs are constructed using Environment Fields. When reviewing Environment Fields for the default environment, we noticed that the SmartForm Runtime Environment Field is pointing to the invalid address shown in the error.
 

Resolution

Correcting the value of SmartForms Runtime Environment Field resolved the issue.
