we have a process to create a SharePoint folder and then documnet will upload in the folder and after another action all the document will move to to meta folder so is there any way to delete the folder alone from SharePoint library .
As we have functionality to create a sharepoint folder , is there any way to delete the sharepoint folder from library as well ? Please let me know if someone knows .

If you are using SharePoint 2013 the automatically generated SmartObjects for a SharePoint document library will contain a "Delete Folder" method.

Thansk for reply , but I am using sharePoint 2010 . do we have any method for this ?

There is no Workflow event to delete a SharePoint 2010 libary folder (that I can see). Have a look at the library smartobject and see if there is any method there to delete a folder (I dont have access to a SharePoint 2010 environment at present).
