The process and the activity both seem to have a priority, but there seems to be no relationship between them.
I know the priority is really just used for reporting, which is what it is being used for to mark issues that have been escalated. In an ideal world, I would like to have it so that the default priority for any activity is whatever is set at the process level, but instead I need to set it for any new activity I create to keep them all Medium.
Was this designed by a business person who assumes that all tasks are high priority?
p.s. The 3.4138.1.0 build Process property page has a small bug, where for some reason there is a priority drop down over the path that seems to do nothing.

Thank you for your input, I will log this as a future enhancement request. The out of place priority drop down will be fixed in the next release/update  .
