Hi all,

We've got a BlackPoint 4.6.7 install running with SharePoint 2010 Enterprise in classic authentication. We have a whole bunch of InfoPath based forms which use document libraries to archive the completed forms. During our testing before making the leap to Claims based auth, we noticed an issue.

Currently, 90% of our forms are using the folio name as the name of archived forms in document libraries. For example, a typical archived form is named 'ABC-AA12345-2014-05-08'. When we made the switch to claims based authentication, K2 could no longer write the file to the SharePoint document library because the claims tag added invalid characters ('ABC-|;0#.W|AA12345-2014-05-08') to the folio name (and subsequently the file name).

Has anybody come across this before, and if so, what steps did you take to remedy it? We're currently thinking that we may have to add a replace to every single form to change '|;0#.W|' to '' to allow the write to occur.

Thanks in advance!
