Symptoms
When attempting to configure a SmartBox SmartObject field set as Date/Time, only the date is appearing, where time and date is required on the forms date / time control.
Diagnoses
As described in Symptoms, the form in question would only display the date on the date / time. This was due to the styling of the control.
Resolution
To fix the issue with a date / time control only displaying a date format, do the following:
1. Access the view / form where the date / time control resides.
2. Select the control in question.
3. On the "Properties" portion of the control, find "Styles", click the ellipsis to open the styles wizard.
4. On the "Format" tab of the wizard, find "Date and Time".
5. Next find the dropdown for the "Type" of date / time format, select "Full date/time".
6. Click OK to finish the Styles wizard.
7. Finish / Save the view / form.
After the configuration has been completed, ensure that the control is properly formatted by running the view / form. Alternatively create a new list item, then edit the item to make sure that all applicable changes have been made.
